Hi All, During the chat between user and live agent from help desk, a notification got delivered which confused the user. So the suggestion is that while user is in between chat with an agent or with the bot, the notifications are not delivered and can be delivered later there is no chat.
I am writing to address some privacy and compliance concerns related to the new Copilot bot, particularly concerning how it handles PII.In the classic version of our contact card, sensitive details such as worker type and hire date are not displayed to uphold our privacy standards. However, the new Copilot bot has been displaying these details and omitting less sensitive information like contact phone numbers. This inconsistency poses a risk to our compliance with internal privacy standards.I recommend implementing filters within the bot’s intent flow to ensure that it excludes fields that should not be disclosed and includes those that should. This adjustment will help align the bot's outputs with our privacy and compliance requirements.
Hi Team,We need a provision where we have to show the handoff messages to the user based on user attributes. Ex- Today we are showing a standard/generic handoff message to the user. For M&A users, we wish to show a custom handoff message based on from which base company they came to the current company. These attributes are part of our user profile attributes in SNOW.Also, let me know if there is any possibility today with the current version of the platform.
Key DatesPreview: May 2024 What is itWe heard that your API often take over 15-20s to respond. Your APIs contain valuable information that users are willing to wait for. We’ve increased the Query timeout limit to 1 minute. Features:Consistent 60s timeouts: All Paths & Queries APIs in both Classic & Copilot will only timeout when API response takes > 60 seconds. Improved intermediate messages: The queries API response informs users that the response may take up to a minute & that they should wait for it.

Moveworks needs to make it easier to provide feedback - within the chat press buttons vs pop up and than to submit (much more work)
When an employee requests time off, we have a path set up that allows Managers to approve via Moveworks. We would like to see the actual dates off requested directly in the tool as well, so managers have a simple task of reviewing and clicking, versus having to View Details, then return to approve. Thanks!
Hello, We recently went to PROD with Next-gen copilot model and we see from our analytics data that the bot is replying to our users with procedure using external knowledge while there is a different internal procedure for our users. We would like the bot to prioritize the internal knowledge and to use the external knowledge only there is no available article knowledge internally. We had this priority with the classic model and we lost it with the internal knowledge. We know that we can manually deactivate bot ingestion to some external articles, but it is a manual work to do to go through all our internal process articles that have an external articles, we don’t have capacity for that, that’s why actually we needed a bot in the first place. Thank you!
I've noticed that when an incident is reopened through the bot by a requestor, the log records it as "Reopened by Moveworks". This description can be misleading.Could we consider updating the log to reflect the name of the actual requestor who reopened the incident instead? This change would enhance clarity and ensure accuracy in our incident tracking. It can be easily addressed by passing user email in the API header as this has been done in other places. Can you please help address this issue ASAP?
IssueThe copilot bot helpfully includes source citations in its responses. However, when these citations are clicked, they lead to an MW page that essentially repeats the bot's response with the citation links. It's only upon clicking these links on the MW page that I'm finally taken to the desired KB article. This process necessitates two clicks and redirects through multiple pages to reach the actual content.Recommended ApproachIdeally, clicking on a source citation in the bot’s response should take the end-user directly to the corresponding KB article. This would streamline the process, eliminating the need for an additional click and redirect, thus enhancing the user experience.
Hi Team:One key issue we had observed in Copilot version is that the user contact card is currently displayed as summarized information, which is difficult to read. Could we consider presenting this information in a table format instead? This would make it much clearer and quicker for our end users to read. For example:Name: Priya Kornalius Title: Senior Product Manager We had table format in classic version which had improved our user experience.

Request approval types do not display enough information to provide immediate approval through the bot without using the view details and opening into the Technology Portal to view the request information. We are proposing that the additional details also be provided in the Approval notification via the BOT. This will provide the approver the needed information to approve or deny the Request within the BOT.Especially, when Manager is away from the office and using their mobile application, this feature would be greatly beneficial. This occurs with the generic from for request.
Hi Team,Can we have a numeric field(just like Free Input, MCQs and Date) in the Paths-Add a question menu. In few scenarios where the backend site demands only numeric values, since we are using free input field, users are adding extra symbols like $100 etc instead of 100, and this is resulting in failure in submission of the API to the backend since the value($100) is not a numeric value. We tried mentioning in the question not to use extra symbols and use only numbers with an example, but with copilot summarization, half of the times, bot is not showing that message and users are submitting with symbols which is resulting in 50% failure scenarios. With this added features, users will only be able to select numeric values and thus meeting the end requirements. I see this feature makes sense in lot of our other usecases also. Requesting you to get this feature asap
Hey team, Would like to have the possibility to customize a message to users when they are trying a specific Business Query with no results. Something like if a user is searching for a specific asset and the asset is not found to instruct them on how to proceed in such situation, instead of filing a ticket
It will be good if we have the ability to group users per need for exampleSending campaign to a group of people only. Testing new bot skill or integration to a group of people (test people or UAT) Ability to NOT serve KB to a group of people, etc.
