Search for KB Article by Article ID
Requesting that searching for a specific KB article by Article ID be added to Copilot.
Our company heavily refers to specific articles by their ID number. When referring to articles, we’ll say “We need to update KB12345” or simply “Update 12345”
Our internal portal for searching knowledge articles allows for typing “12345” and receiving that article.
It would be great to say “Show me KB12345” and get a summary of only that specific article. I know this is possible with Queries, but it would be nice to have a feature built into Copilot similar to how you can ask for a specific ticket by incident ID such as “Show my ticket 98765”
