Starting today, we will be publishing our roadmap into our community for all our customers to see! You can find it at aka.mw/roadmap!This is a live roadmap, synced directly to all the work being done in Linear, so that our customers have visibility over all key changes (both big & small). On the new roadmap, each roadmap item comes with its own dedicated "community idea," where members can upvote & discuss. As before, all roadmap communication is covered under our Safe Harbor statement.We're launching today with Agent Studio roadmap items. In our ongoing commitment to enhance your experience, we're excited to share that we're currently working on several improvements to the My Moveworks Support Portal.Recently Completed EnhancementsClosing Support Cases from the Support Portal: As of August 2024, users can now close support cases directly from the portal. Feedback Survey: Starting September 20, 2024 users will now have the option to participate in feedback surveys designed to rate their support experience.Ongoing EnhancementsStreamlining Portal Login: We know that logging into the My Moveworks Support Portal with a one-time password (OTP) after already logging into My Moveworks can be cumbersome. We're on it!  Our goal is to remove the need for a separate login, allowing seamless access

For most Moveworks customers, the insights contained in our standard analytics dashboards provides more than enough information to track progress and report back findings to key stakeholders internally.However, there may be times where you want to expand on the insights in these dashboards and take greater ownership over your raw data. This is where our SFTP feed comes in!Here, we can provide a daily export of your bot’s raw data via SFTP, allowing you to import relevant data into your BI tool of choice.
