Our organization follows the Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX). SOX requires us to follow documented controls and keep proof that required development, testing, review, and approval work was completed. Our SOX process requires developers to:Store code and unit test evidence in GitLab. Include the related backlog card number. add the GitLab link to the backlog card. Connect code comments to an approved backlog item. Store the code in a repository that requires users to sign in. Have a peer or Technical Lead approve each pull request. Developers cannot approve their own pull requests. We build agents in Tool Studio. Moveworks and GitLab are not connected. Our developers must manually copy the code and other development records from Moveworks into GitLab.We want to meet our SOX requirements without creating more manual work than needed. We would like to learn how other Moveworks customers handle this. How does your organization document this work? What Moveworks code or development records do you sav

We would like to be able to access the report that confirms the number of people who have block Moveworks or unblocked Moveworks generally and most specifically via Microsoft Teams

Hey all.To my understanding, there is currently no way to render tables over bot responses on Teams. This is creating difficulties in adoption for one of our initiatives, which involves returning tabular data from an LLM that is connected to several of our Power BI dashboards. What options do we have to create a presentable response for tabular data since we cannot render tables? The current options of list / pipe table are not quite polished enough compared to Copilot in Teams.Interested to hear some of your ideas and thoughts. Thanks!

Hello Community!!I would like to know if it is possible to create a custom plugin in Moveworks AI Agent Studio and publish it to the AI Agent Marketplace.Specifically, I'm looking for answers to the following questions:Can these custom plugins be published to the AI Agent Marketplace for broader use? Is there any approval, certification, or review process required before a custom plugin can be listed in the marketplace? How can custom plugins be shared within an organization? Can access to a plugin be restricted to specific teams, departments, or environments?

Hey Community! There are use cases that require custom plugin development, can we publish our own plugins in the AI Agent Marketplace or there is any possibility that we can share our custom plugins inside our organisation?

Is it possible to specify which pages and folders to ingest with the next gen connector? My app reg has read access to the root of our sharepoint but I don’t want to ingest all the files, only specific pages and so on. It seems like this was possible for the classic ingestion but not the max capacity.

Does Moveworks expose a supported API, built-in Agent Studio action, or Events Workspace integration that allows a webhook-triggered Ambient Agent to send a message to an existing Employee Communications distribution-group audience, using the audience's group identifier rather than individual employee email addresses?

When reviewing Past Batches for recurring campaigns, the history can grow to 100+ pages. Currently, I have to click through each page individually to find a previous batch. Is there an existing way to navigate this history more efficiently? If not, these enhancements would help: Date range filter: Find batches from a specific date or period. Jump to page: Go directly to a page instead of clicking through each one. Batches per page: Choose to display 25, 50, or 100 batches. Does anyone have a workaround, or could these options be considered for a future enhancement?
