I tried submitting request which requires attachment to Workday, and according to the documentation, the Content-Type needs to be “multipart/form-data”: I tried via Postman and it works properly:Now, my problem is:How to create a HTTP Action in Agent Studio for this “multipart/form-data”?Specifically, how to translate the <Key, Value> pair in the “form-data” section in Postman, to the “Body” section of the HTTP Action Editor in Agent Studio?  I searched and found a related thread, tried passing the <Key, Value> as JSON but doesn’t work: May I know if HTTP Action Editor in Agent Studio is capable of such content type yet?Thank you.

Hi everyone,I am looking for input on how other teams handle plugin testing and lifecycle management. I'd appreciate hearing what is working well for you!Our current process:We build and test in our Sandbox environment. We temporarily add testers, and once testing passes, we remove them to keep the environment clean and restrict access. We then export the plugin to Production and run a quick smoke test to confirm it works. For enhancements: We build the changes in Sandbox, export the new version to Production, and then swap them (turn off the old Production plugin and turn on the updated one). We have to keep the original plugin active in Production while we build the enhancement in Sandbox. What we are trying to figure out:We are looking for a simpler approach. This is related to our ITSM process in ServiceNow. I’m looking to trigger a notification by our bot on Teams when the State of a ticket is changed, like an event-driven action. I noticed that there is an existing notification trigger but this only works when the fulfiller has written down Additional Comments (Customer Visible), otherwise it does not trigger any notification. 

We are experiencing an issue with HTTP Connectors in Moveworks where, once a connector is created and saved, we are unable to modify or update its configuration. After successfully creating an HTTP Connector, the connector becomes effectively read-only from an administration perspective. We are unable to edit existing configuration details such as:Base URL / Endpoint URL Authentication settings Headers Query Parameters Request Body configuration Connector metadata and settingsAs a result, whenever a configuration change is required, we are forced to create an entirely new connector instead of updating the existing one. Business ImpactThis behavior creates several operational challenges:Increased administrative overhead Duplicate connectors in the environment Difficulty maintaining connector versions Additional effort during testing and troubleshooting Potential risk of workflows referencing outdated connectors

I am attempting to do the following:Loop through a list of teams and for each one run an HTTP action to get the list of members and for each of those members run another HTTP action to get their emails.I want to map the output so that i get the following:[{ “team_name”: “Team A”, “emails”: [“email1@email.com”, “email2@email.com”] },{ “team_name”: “Team B”, “emails”: [“email3@email.com”] }]I tried going through the agent architect and its saying to use data_mapper: but that doesn’t seem to be allowed in a compound action Is the best way to achieve this a script action using python to manipulate the outputs?Not sure why the architect is suggesting something that is unavailable for use. 

I cannot download the User Feedback column from Moveworks Analytics > AI Insights > Interactions Table > Raw Interactions. The column displays on screen but does not download as a CSV even when all three options are selected.

Moveworks for Employee Center plugin installed (scope moveworks.webchat.x.x.x). Added the “Moveworks for Web Widget” to our Service Portal home page. What I’ve configured so far Located the “Embedded AI Assistant setup” page in ServiceNow and switched to the corresponding app scope. Found the Bot ID for our webchat channel in the Moveworks Admin console. Does Moveworks respect source-level permissions from Ivanti IT during ingestion, or do we need to configure access control separately within Moveworks? Are there recommended best practices for mapping user roles/groups between Ivanti and Moveworks to enforce these restrictions? Any guidance, documentation references, or examples would be really helpful.

I have a webhook trigger configured in Agent Studio that is connected to a GitHub Enterprise webhook listener. The webhook receives pull_request events from GitHub and is intended to only trigger the plugin when the action is review_requested or ready_for_review. To enforce this, I have set the following event filter on the webhook trigger: parsed_body.action IN ["review_requested", "ready_for_review"]. However, the plugin appears to be triggering on all pull_request actions sent by GitHub, including closed, regardless of the event filter.I have verified that the filter is saved and the plugin is in a published state, and I have also tried alternative syntax using parsed_body.action == "review_requested" OR parsed_body.action == "ready_for_review" with the same result. The payload arriving from GitHub is correctly structured with the action field at the root level of the body. Hi community,We're running into a permissions gap with our ServiceNow Knowledge Base content ingested into Moveworks Internal Knowledge. Users who are Knowledge Base managers or contributors in ServiceNow are not being served articles through the bot — they receive a "no permission" response in the permission checker even though ServiceNow implicitly grants them read access.I understand why this happens — Moveworks evaluates access strictly against the Can Read User Criteria records and doesn't inherit implicit ServiceNow access for contributor/manager roles. What we'd love to know:Has anyone found a way to scope Additional Access DSL rules more granularly — for example, per KB or per article category — rather than granting blanket access? Is there a supported way to ingest ServiceNow KB Manager/Contributor role assignments as user attributes so they can be referenced in DSL rules? Are there any other patterns (custom user tags, ingestion mappings, permission rule strategies) that team

In the analytics that Moveworks provides, all knowledge that is used by the AI assistant is pooled into one category - Enterprise Search / Knowledge Base. I am unable to differentiate between which knowledge source information is being pulled from unless I go into each individual interaction. This makes it difficult to see performance of each source and also difficult to identify gaps or redundancy. The raw interaction table will show that Enterprise Search plugin was both successful and unsuccessful which can make things confusing. Is anyone else running into this issue? Are there any tips and tricks I could be missing?

Despite clear user utterances (e.g. payslip, salary, tax form, leave balance), the  Moveworks AI often fails to classify topics correctly, pushing high‑volume demand into “uncategorized” buckets. Improving intent‑to‑topic mapping here would increase accuracy and , insights quality. How can it be done better? Or is there anything on our side that we should consider improving? We also noticed that Moveworks Analytics struggles to categorize a  Domain when citing mainly (only?) pdf files when generating response and it states Domain as “N/A”. Is it known limitation?

I have a user ID in servicenow called as “suhas.shimpi” and email address as suhasdigamber.shimpi@mycompanyXXX.com. Now In moveworks i have manually created a user with same email address as above. I have super admin in moveworks.
