Hi Team,We are developing a use case to change the profile picture. This is a pretty straightforward use case where we have a File data type slot and an API call to upload the photo to Workday.Workday does have a couple of validations for an uploaded photo that we are trying to check via Moveworks:1. Check whether the uploaded picture is an image (jpeg, png) - we are doing this by checking the file name in the validation of the slot.2. Check the file size. (probably less than 1MB)3. Check if the image is a square or a certain aspect ratio.4. Can we validate the optical recognition - if the uploaded picture is a passport, a driver's license, etc.?I asked the Agent Architect bot, but the recommendation it gave wasn't possible (a script action for the file size).

I have a notify step that uses RENDER() with a generated input string training_str. The template uses HTML tags (e.g. <b>) and a training_str built from a $MAP / $CONCAT expression, but the newline characters render literally (you see \n) when the message is sent to Teams. In Analytics, we review the Unsuccessful Knowledge plugin to locate gaps. We noticed that when a form is served, we received an “unsuccessful” for knowledge. Is anyone else seeing this? What are you doing to remedy this issue?

I am using a listener to take in requestIds that start an automated process. When setting it up, there were some situations where the requestId was sent twice and I wanted to avoid the processing being called twice, so I added in Deduplication configuration in the listener. The request body being sent to Moveworks is always in this format:{“requestId” : “<id>”}Therefore for the deduplication, I added requestId as the Deduplication key (no spaces or quotes) with a 1 min window. However I am noticing that it is blocking requestIds that are not equal but are sent within the 1 minute timeframe. The difference between them in these cases is the last character in the requestId (ex ABC1234 vs ABC1235) In the logs, I am seeing one go through and “debounced_update” log entries for the other requestIds sent. My organization is looking to integrate Kronos with Moveworks, and I was wondering what’s the standard workflow after setting up the UKG plugin in Moveworks, do I need to set up an API Controller in Kronos to enable communication, are there specified endpoints?

We have several Events configured in the old Creator Studio (old) that send a Teams notification as soon as the Power Automate flow receives a payload. Two additional events are also tied to this flow. When users receive the notification, they are presented with Approve and Deny buttons, which trigger corresponding Power Automate flows. These flows interact with the Planview API to patch the required task numbers.However, an issue has been observed:If a request is created (for example, on 30th January) and the user attempts to approve or deny it after 3–4 days, the event‑based path no longer triggers, causing the downstream process to stop.We would like to know whether there is any platform limitation or time‑bound restriction where a static Teams message (triggered by an event) can only remain actionable for a certain duration, after which the Approve/Deny actions cannot be executed. Hi team,I’m trying to enforce a 1MB file‑size limit on file uploads captured through a Moveworks slot. I attempted this using a Script Action, but it appears the approach won’t work because:The location field of an uploaded file is not a valid URL that can be fetched. Script Actions run in a sandbox and cannot directly access Moveworks internal file storage. Because of this, the script cannot read the file bytes or calculate file size, so validation never triggers.I wanted to check whether Moveworks currently provides any supported method or API to validate file size before sending the file to a destination system via HTTP Action.Is there an officially recommended pattern or upcoming feature for this?Thanks in advance for any guidance

 Hey team, we are set to roll out an update on KB gaps widgetTo improve the quality of Knowledge Gaps, new logic will only count interactions as KB gaps when Knowledge/Enterprise Search is considered and no other plugin is used (excluding Smart Handoff).With this update, Total interactions metric within each Topic will drop. Overall total interactions across all Topics will reduce by ~20-30%. This is expected, since the widget will now contain more refined KB gaps that customers can rely upon.

We have our bot deployed in MS Teams today. We are looking to enable the ability to upload files to the bot to take advantage of Brief Me. We have everything enabled in Moveworks Setup. However, I’ve looked through the documentation but can't seem to find how to enable the bot’s ability to upload files in MS Teams. Is there a MS Graph permission or is this enabled somewhere else to enable MS Teams to allow you to upload a file?

In my application, all request bodies need to be form data with data as the key and the json body as the value. I am able to handle this in http actions with raw json body by having it be something like data={<insert body here>} and having the header of Content-Type=application/x-www-form-urlencodedI want to use the new data mapper functionality in http actions so it will handle escaping and such for me, however I cannot seem to find a way to get it to work with this setup. I have attempted numerous times with variations of data: <json to mapper syntax> , but the app always returns with a missing data element error. Is there any way to handle this currently?

Hello,We are reviewing our data retention practices to comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Our internal policy requires us to delete or anonymize user data two years after someone leaves the company.At the moment, the only way Moveworks proposes we do this is to delete all of a user’s prompts from the backend. However, this also removes the related analytics data and affects our usage statistics (number of WAU, number of interactions...) from that period.Is there a way to anonymize a user’s data once they leave, so that it can no longer be linked to them, while still keeping the overall analytics?If not, are there any plans to support this in the future?

When a user asks Moveworks Copilot a question, that prompt gets stored as raw interactions in the analytics in Moveworks admin portal. How long is the raw interaction data available for? If we want to shorten the period, where do we configure this? Thank you.
