If you're not sure where to start in the community, this is one of the most useful things you can do in the first few minutes.Each product forum has a Subscribe button in the top right corner. When you subscribe, you'll get an email notification any time a new topic is posted in that space. No need to remember to check back manually.How to do it:Navigate to the product forum that matches what you're working on (AI Assistant, Agent Studio, Enterprise Search, etc.) Look for the Subscribe button in the top right Click it. That's it.You can subscribe to as many forums as you'd like. If your focus changes or the emails get to be too much, you can unsubscribe the same way.Not sure which forums are relevant to you? We are new to Moveworks and very excited for what is coming for us. During demos and some testing, we noticed that that when a chat with a live agent is started, the end/close button’s position could potentially make it easier for users to unintentionally close the chat. I would love to hear comments from people from this community and see if it is only us 😅Thank you

Hello Team,I have recently created a Confluence connector and successfully ingested internal Confluence pages into our Moveworks bot. Most of the articles/pages were ingested without issues.However, I noticed that a restricted page in Confluence (with page-level permissions limiting access to certain users/groups) was not ingested by the connector.Could you please clarify if this is the expected behavior of the connector? Does the connector skip pages that have restrictions, or is there a way to include them in the ingestion process?

Hi all, we have numerous (200+) PDF documents containing tables, and some consist entirely of a single table relating to rates etc. Editing these manually into a readable format for Moveworks would be very time-consuming for the various departments and would slow adoption. Is there a automation tool that can be used to edit and modify the tables for improved readability? How do other companies edit their existing and legacy documents? Thanks

Im curious where the badges we earn from the Academy show up?  So, according to the academy, I should have earned that badge. But in my profile, I can’t see it. Are these badges, academy/agent studio, completely unrelated to each other? Is there a way to see which ones I’m close to getting or which ones I should have gotten? The second screenshot of the badges is from my profile here in the community. But it isn’t a link, and you can't click it for any more details. 

Hi,I was reading the Agent Studio documentation to understand how do we configure the output response of a particular plugin. Here’s what was mentioned: Plugin Result InstructionsAdding plugin result instructions clarifies how the AI Assistant should respond to users at the end of your plugin execution.(Recommended) By adding instructions as a key-value pair in your workflow's output mapper (e.g. display_instructions_for_model: <YOUR-CUSTOM-INSTRUCTION-HERE>) What is meant by “workflow’s output mapper” ? Where do I access it?Do I have to create a data type? Or did it mean “Output Mapping” section in a conversational process? But then the given example throws DSL error. Appreciate any help with this. Thank you.

I submitted my assignment but there is no update and no progress so far. I found there is no academy support to help me on this.

I have been trying to set up an MS Graph connector but have had no luck using the knowledge article: Connector | Microsoft Graph. Should I be able to edit a connector once it has been created or is this not an option? Do I need to create a new connector each time I want to test a new configuration for a connector? After saving/testing my connectors many of the variables for authentication are being deleted and I worry this is causing my connector to fail. Is this typical or are these Agent Studio bugs? Additionally, would I need Access tokens (used for implicit flows) enabled for the Moveworks application within the Entra Admin Center?

Hi, new to Moveworks, we’re also using co-pilot fyi…was curious on how to set up a trigger that gives both a related response and an action button when users mention a specific site or word.So for example, users usually have expired password issue if they try to sign into a specific site, but was looking for the bot to both:give instructions/quick dialogue then have a button trigger or triggers that can set to reset and/or unlock their account.Before we added in the FAQ and Knowledge Articles, the bot only went to reset request.At the moment I can set up the trigger to file a ticket but was looking to skip the step of filing a ticket and wanted to immediately give the option to update password along with any specific helpful text dialogue So for this example, it immediately ONLY asked to update, was looking to include both instructional text and an option to reset the password along side each other.. or how to set
