I have been working as a ServiceNow Consultant for last 9 years and now want to deep dive into Moveworks / Employee Works and begin my journey on the Agentic AI.

Hi Jen,
I have been exploring the ServiceNow Learning Platform and other docs however, the learning so far is not structured and I feel like lost multiple times.
I will really appreciate if you can guide me to the page which can guide me or provide a journey to MW Architect.

Hey @batra.d - I highly recommend you start with our Academy site and our doc site. Depending on what you want to learn we have multiple paths such as:

I highly recommend our Agent Studio docs - I have curated them and have it structured so it guides you through the process on how to build on Moveworks and connect to multiple systems. Also, our doc site has an “Ask AI” button that is very helpful and should answer any questions you may have in your learnings.
