Hi everyone! I’m new here to sharing my introduction. Here’s a bit more about me:What I’m working on: I’m leading efforts to scale AI-driven support across multiple business units, focusing on smarter ticket routing, better self-service adoption, and faster resolution times with Moveworks.What I want to learn or discuss: Excited to hear how others are driving AI adoption in enterprise teams, especially non-technical ones, and measuring real business impact. Tips for balancing automation with a human touch are always welcome.Fun fact: When I’m not at work, I’m rock climbing, or training my dog to sit through virtual meetings, he’s now the best (not so) silent observer on the team.

Starting today, we will be publishing our roadmap into our community for all our customers to see! You can find it at aka.mw/roadmap!This is a live roadmap, synced directly to all the work being done in Linear, so that our customers have visibility over all key changes (both big & small). On the new roadmap, each roadmap item comes with its own dedicated "community idea," where members can upvote & discuss. As before, all roadmap communication is covered under our Safe Harbor statement.We're launching today with Agent Studio roadmap items. We plan to add AI Assistant in the coming week, and expand to Enterprise Search & MW Setup early next year. Stay tuned!Note: you must have a "customer" role in our community to see the roadmap. Hey everyone, I have a question for the group that I’m hoping someone may have experience with. We’re planning a governance overhaul this coming year, which will likely include implementing an identity governance (IG) system such as Okta OIG, Lumos, or Zluri IG. Has anyone successfully done this or currently have a setup where Moveworks integrates with an IG platform? Our current plan is to keep Moveworks as the entry point for all software access requests, but then hand off the backend processing and approval workflow to OIG (or whichever IG tool we adopt). Okta and similar platforms offer more advanced capabilities—like time-based access and improved audit controls—which we need for compliance, upcoming security certifications, and more robust user access reporting. If anyone has insights, lessons learned, or is open to sharing how they approached this, we’d love to connect!

I submitted my assignment but there is no update and no progress so far. I found there is no academy support to help me on this.

Device issues are one of IT’s biggest headaches, but many can be proactively prevented. ​@mirel.ivan from Keysight built an Ambient AI agent that is able to listen to Nexthink events and alerts device owners the moment a problem arises. It then evaluates the event details, compares them against available Remote Actions, and automatically runs the right one to fix the issue. This agent can powerfully reduce manual triage and helps keep employees productive, rather than troubleshooting. Check out his video here i

I have been trying to set up an MS Graph connector but have had no luck using the knowledge article: Connector | Microsoft Graph. Should I be able to edit a connector once it has been created or is this not an option? Do I need to create a new connector each time I want to test a new configuration for a connector? After saving/testing my connectors many of the variables for authentication are being deleted and I worry this is causing my connector to fail. Is this typical or are these Agent Studio bugs? Additionally, would I need Access tokens (used for implicit flows) enabled for the Moveworks application within the Entra Admin Center?

Im curious where the badges we earn from the Academy show up?  So, according to the academy, I should have earned that badge. But in my profile, I can’t see it. Are these badges, academy/agent studio, completely unrelated to each other? Is there a way to see which ones I’m close to getting or which ones I should have gotten? The second screenshot of the badges is from my profile here in the community. But it isn’t a link, and you can't click it for any more details. 

Hi all, we have numerous (200+) PDF documents containing tables, and some consist entirely of a single table relating to rates etc. Editing these manually into a readable format for Moveworks would be very time-consuming for the various departments and would slow adoption. Is there a automation tool that can be used to edit and modify the tables for improved readability? How do other companies edit their existing and legacy documents? Thanks
