On March 16, we're transitioning our support platform to ServiceNow's NowSupport.
Note: for GovCloud customers, this change will come into effect on April 30th.
What's changing? Starting March 16, all support requests, case management, and portal access will live in NowSupport. It's a more streamlined experience — faster case tracking, better visibility into your requests, and an improved overall experience.
What do you need to do? Nothing before the cutover! Your admin will communicate any steps required on your end.
