  • 🎉 GPT-5.2 in Reasoning Engine: Starting April 1, GPT-5.2 Upgrade to the Moveworks Reasoning Engine reaches GA, with opt-in access available for GovCloud and Azure-only environments.
  • ✏️ Introducing Advanced Configuration Editor: Power users can now directly view and edit configurations in JSON for bulk updates, migrations, and advanced troubleshooting.
  • 🔧  Configuration Change History: Track every config change with full audit visibility, including who made updates, when, and detailed before/after versions.
  • 💬 Live agent ‘Ending Chat’ update: “Stop chat” will be deprecated starting March 31 and live sessions must now be ended through the updated, more intuitive live agent flow.
