📣 Coming Soon: Transition to Now Support starts on March 16
- Support is moving to ServiceNow’s Now Support: All new Moveworks support cases must be submitted through the Now Support Portal starting March 16, making it faster and easier to get the help you need and elevate your experience with Moveworks.
- What to expect during the transition: Open cases will be migrated to Now Support the week of March 16 (and remain accessible in the current portal during the transition). Closed cases will not be migrated but can be requested through Now Support if needed.
- ‼️ If you haven’t already, please **complete this form** ASAP with the contact information for your single primary customer admin. This admin will receive an onboarding email from Now Support and instructions on how to set up additional support contacts.

- 🎉 Enterprise Search Plugin Rollout Update (US & EU): Following positive early access feedback, we’ll begin a progressive rollout in the US starting March 3 (over ~8 weeks) and in the EU starting March 10. We’re pacing the rollout to thoughtfully scale infrastructure and ensure a high-quality experience as adoption grows. Customers will receive at least one week’s advance notice before being switched, and can request earlier access if interested.
- 🌀 Expanded Customizations for AI Assistant Web Experiences: New branding controls for Assistant on Web and Embedded Assistant will give you more flexibility while maintaining a clean, intuitive experience. Updates include logo upload, enhanced primary color logic, background app color, secondary color, and font style options.
- 🔧 Developer Updates & Resources: Admins can now specify a list of end-users who will be able to access ingested content from a connector for testing before global rollout – learn more in our New Ticketing Journey configuration.
- 🤖 Agent Studio: File Slots and Optional Slots are live enabling richer, multi-path workflows by separating required inputs from optional context.
