When the copilot responds and you can select thumbs up/down, recommend making this a bit simpler to submit.  There is a pop-up window for optional feedback and then click submit.  Recommend removing pop up, less clicks.  Also, would recommend a short explanation text encouraging members to select the thumbs up/down.

Thank you for submitting your Product Idea. We understand this is not currently supported, we appreciate your feedback and will consider it in the future as we continue to build and improve our product. Please keep up to date with our latest release notes here.

Carla, to confirm, when a user clicks thumbs up or down, that is registered immediately. The pop up window to deliver free input feedback is optional. Are you suggesting that the free input feedback should be placed into chat?

Hi Kyril, it is not clear when you select the thumbs up/down that it registers this immediately.  Because the pop up window automatically launches, it leads the user to think he/she needs to add feedback or click submit even though it says optional.  I am now noticing in lighter print the “thanks for your rating comment”.  Maybe this could be more clear OR possibly the copilot could respond with “thank you for your rating, to help us improve, provide additional feedback “here” - this way the person needs to action to complete the additional feedback, but it is more clear it is optional and the rating was collected.  Just some considerations.

This version of adding a reaction does not look clean at all. It can also be very confusing when we ask our group of pilot users to give “Neo” feedback by giving him a thumbs up or down, due to Teams also having the same feature. The previous buttons were much more sleek and clean. Also, instead of being able to select, “file ticket” now the user has to go search for where to file a ticket. If it takes that long, they will just stop using and call the Support line. Would love to see it look a clean and more of an “at a glance” experience. Anytime they have to go hunting for something with a customer sitting right in front of them, they would rather talk to a human.
