Employee Comms Library / Generative Comms Content
I have a couple of thoughts.
Firstly it would be good to have a library of standard comms templates based upon the categories that can be chosen when starting a new comms campaign.
Not necessarily available within the Comms product, but as a library within communities where Moveworks customers can upload their comms as templates for others to adapt and use themselves

- Security policy & updates
- Software migration
- License management
- Scheduled maintenance
- Report an outage
- Survey
Secondly - has any consideration been given to leveraging the CoPilot bot to assist in writing the Employee Comms, for example as step through the Comms process, as I select the type of Comms at the first stage (Select Campaign settings), the bot asks me for some details regarding what the comms is about and it generates an initial suggestion which can be edited on the “Create Campaign Message” stage of the process.
Just a couple of thoughts to make our lives easier :-)
