Allow the 48-hour bot timeout to be configurable in Moveworks Setup.

We’d like the Copilot bot to time out much sooner than 48 hours. Currently, Copilot retains conversation context for 48 hours where we’d like this to be 6, 12, 24, or 36 hours instead. Typical bot users will not know to use stop words such as “Cancel Request” if they did not complete a Path or if Copilot considers their next question a follow up to the original question.

 

Example:

Question 1: What are the 3 device replacement options for MyCompany?

Copilot Answer: Here are the replacement options for Windows, Mac, and iPhone...

*User waits 24 hours*

Question 2: Tell me about iPhones

Copilot Answer: The iPhone replacement option consists of …

Expected Answer: MyCompany provides iPhones for all employees and
