We would like to propose implementation of a verification step that prompts users for confirmation before executing significant operations such as "Close Issue" or "Approve." This safeguard would mitigate the occurrence of accidental closures and approvals, which have been observed to negatively impact our service quality KPIs by necessitating issue reopening's.
