Forms Integration - ServiceNow retraining possible to help performance?

I was told this is a great fit for a product idea.

  1. Is there a potential to refine the performance of the Forms Integration - ServiceNow, similar to the optimization we performed on the Triage skill model to enhance its coverage and precision (monthly retraining)?
  1. Currently, our bot ingests the form Title, Short Description, and Description. Is there any proportional weighting assigned to each section that we could possibly modify if needed? Sometimes the Title of our forms are not intuitive to what the user are asking, but the Short Description, or sometimes better yet the Description is. It would be nice to be able to adjust the weighting on some forms that the Title does not match the utterance. For example: Intune access is a form used for access to company email on a mobile device. Users will ask “How do I get access to my company email on my cell phone?”, the form does not come up because the Title is Intune, but in the Short Description and Description it list that it’s for access to company email on a mobile device.
  1. Additionally, is there a way to manipulate our bot’s confidence level concerning forms? We've noticed a significant number of our forms are not being effectively presented to our users based on their utterances, necessitating adjustments to the form wording by Moveworks to improve user presentation.
