    Room Lookup to support internal images1. New

    I wanted to bring up a concern and propose a potential improvement to our room lookup feature. Currently, we use Google Sheets to configure this feature, and hosting the associated image files ourselves requires them to be stored in a publicly accessible folder.This approach has raised security concerns, as the floor maps of our offices often contain sensitive information, such as exit locations, office layouts, and other details that could potentially be exploited by bad actors if exposed on the public internet.To address these concerns, it would be ideal if we could host these files internally—such as on SharePoint—while still enabling the bot to serve up the images during searches. Hosting the files internally would allow us to:Maintain Security: Ensure sensitive information is not accessible outside the organization. Enable Flexibility: Easily update and modify floor maps as needed without exposing links externally. Enhance Control: Leverage internal platforms like SharePoint to enforce access restrictions and track usage.This change would give us the ability to safeguard sensitive information while maintaining the functionality of the room lookup feature.

    Hello,In our previous chatbot solution when a user checks status on an existing ticket and if that ticket was assigned to a certain L2 resolver group, we were able to do a live agent handover to that specific queue instead of a generic queue.Can such a experience be enabled whereA button for live agent chat is included in the ticket information card The button has the understanding of the current ticket’s resolver group and is able to connect to the related resolver group’s live agent queue, if it exists, or to the default L1 live agent queue.

    Propose the development of an AI chatbot specifically designed for developers working with Moveworks. The chatbot would leverage the full breadth of publicly available Moveworks documentation and knowledge base content to answer technical questions quickly and accurately. The goal is to reduce the volume of configuration-related inquiries from clients by enabling instant, AI-driven access to guidance that already exists but can be difficult to locate manually. This would improve the developer experience, reduce support load, and accelerate implementation timelines.We often have questions that could be easily answered by existing documentation, but we’re simply unaware that the article exists—largely because it's hard to find the right content through manual search. Help us become more self-sufficient while freeing up your teams from answering repeatable questions.

    Would it be possible to update the external knowledge sources for Microsoft tools. For example, for Outlook to include information about polls?     Customizing Info Message for Upload button - Add Comment, Edit Request similar to GetHelp1. New

    Hi Team,We are in Moveworks Implementation and have noticed a feature update for Edit Request, Add Comments/Attachments Dialog Pop-up.To explain the issue/requirement-Current Moveworks chatbot has restriction of 5 MB File Size Upload and only certain File Types are allowed.In the Generic Get Help Dialog box , there is opportunity to add the reminder information message for users so that they know what File Size and Type is supported but same is not available for “Edit Request” and “Add Comments/Attachments” Dialog pop-up.Please update the product to ensure consistency on the Upload Dialog across various plugins/options.Attaching the screenshot of GetHelp and Edit Request to show the inconsistency.

    Automatic Knowledge Source Switch to QuickGPT1. New

    The chatbot does not automatically switch to internally trained QuickGPT search when no relevant content is found in the configured Knowledge Sources.So, please build a feature to automatically switch to different search QuickGPT when knowledge does not exist in the knowledge base without forcing user to explicitly clicking on QuickGPT or manually issuing commands like hey gpt etc. and describe the issue again.  This feature will reduce additional clicks and increase productivity.Best Regards,Shalini Jain

    While its very useful feature to ensure that auto conversation clearing helps to avoid impact from pervious (old) interactions, I would propose to also have the option to choose to perform full clear context (all the previous conversations) or keep the last interaction context (as current configuration).These options should be made available via MW setup portal:Conversation Clearing:  Full clear context Keep last interaction context Lookback Period (in hours) of Conversation History (currently exists in MW setup portal)

    When users attach incompatible file formats—such as images or cloud documents—Brief Me is not triggered and no notification is shown to inform the user. This creates confusion for end user. If a user uploads an incompatible file the agent should inform the user that the file is not available to the agent and advises on acceptable file types and upload experience.

The idea is to implement a mechanism that notifies the agent when a user's message has been translated by a Large Language Model (LLM). This could be achieved by:Displaying a subtle note in the chat history, such as:“This message was translated from [Original Language] to English via LLM.” Send the original message in the chat history.This feature would help agents better understand the context and potential nuances of the conversation, improving empathy and response accuracy.For eg: In certain language translation the keyword “outlook” gets translated to “view”. This note enhances transparency for agents by indicating when a message comes from a non-native English speaker.

    Brief Me - Do not process sensitive files1. New

    Hi Team, I understand the functionality and security behind the Brief Me feature. As of now we can upload any type of allowed files irrespective of information classification.In my company, every document is classified as ‘General Business’, ‘Internal’, ‘Unrestricted’, ‘Restricted’, ‘Restricted - Export Controlled’. I need the bot to validate the ‘information classification’ of the file(s) before start saving and processing of the file for Brief Me feature. These classification indicates the sensitivity and content of the file. We will allow to proceed only if the file is ‘General Business’ or ‘Unrestricted’ and should not allow other information classification documents. Also any capability introduced for defending against the File based prompt injections?

    Ability to edit HTTP Connector names4. Future Consideration

    The ability to edit HTTP Connector names would be useful with version control.Another scenario is if our production connector is broken, and we’d like to make a new connector to replace it, we’d like to append _old _degraded to the outdated connector. Then, we could name the new connector to the same as the previously working one.These would help organize which connectors are valid and working as expected and easily track which iteration of a connector we are using. Sometimes we have projects that change names or scope, so connector names become outdated in this regard as well.
