When inquiring about the status of an existing ticket, the bot displays the 10 most recent tickets as hyperlinks with their reference numbers. Clicking on any of these links will take the user to the Service-Now portal. We recommend appending a simple verbiage to it “Please enter the serial number (eg: 1,2,3…) of your respective INC/ RITM for which you'd like to get a more details”
The user can set their preferred language within the bot:but there is no way to pass that knowledge to an HTTP Action (In my case, the action sends an email in the user’s language). Can we add the preferred language (e.g. {{user.pref_lang}}) to the list of User Attributes
It would be great if there was a way to give someone within the company who does not have access to Moveworks access to an email campaign dashboard. For example if product group wants to send a comm to a specific set of users over a period of time, adding them as a “viewer” and giving them a read only access to that comm dashboard so they can see how the campaign is doing. This would eliminate the need for the individual creating the campaign from having to go in and download the reports or taking screenshots to send to them allowing for self-servicing on the specific campaigns they have access to view.
Currently, Creator studio does not show payloads used to execute an action. It is visible as redacted_json_payload. This creates difficulty in troubleshooting if we come across any errors as we can’t determines if correct variables and types were captured from the user.Having it visible to all would help in rapid troubleshooting and less support tickets for small issues.
Currently, the last two responses from Copilot are automatically added as a work note when filing a ticket. However, in some cases, these responses may not align with the actual issue being reported. There is no confirmation step to review or opt out of including these responses. We would like to request a feature that allows selective users to disable this automatic inclusion
We’ve noticed that some of our approval groups include members who are not consistently responsive when it comes to approving software access requests. We often find ourselves needing to manually follow up via Slack to prompt action—either to approve or deny the request. It would be extremely helpful if the software access or approval group setup allowed for configurable reminder logic. Ideally, we’d be able to set automated reminders to notify the approvers every 24, 48, or 72 hours if no action has been taken on a request. This would streamline the process and reduce the need for manual intervention.
Hey Moveworks Community!! Wouldn’t it be great if our Copilot interaction history was in a transcript style? We would love to see exactly how the conversation went without reading separate lines in an excel sheet. Something similar to the transcript field in ServiceNow for live agent chats.
Today we have provision in Move works setup where we can either completely enable/disable to the ticket visibility to requestors only. MW Setup - Ticket Visibility We recently enable the HR domain tickets in bot. Each HR case is sensitive - Some looks for VISA, some looks for compensation, some looks for details on reportees,.. So we disabled this feature of anyone can see anyone else ticket due to sensitivity. We need a provision to enable/disable this option based on ticket domain. So that based on the need, we can enable to IT tickets only if needed.
Just placing this on your radar Introducing Tempo's MCP App Store - YouTube would love to see Moveworks implement something similar and possibly tie into your plugin store.I understand MCP Servers are already on the roadmap for Limited Preview in 2026. Product Feature Request: Model Context Protocol (MCP) Integration Marketplace for MoveworksFeature Title: MCP-Based External Service & AI Integration Marketplace for MoveworksDescription:Develop a centralized marketplace within the Moveworks platform that adopts the Model Context Protocol (MCP) standard to enable seamless, low-code integration of third-party enterprise applications, specialized AI models, and data sources. This marketplace would allow Moveworks administrators and developers to rapidly connect diverse external systems-such as CRM, ERP, analytics platforms, and advanced AI services-via standardized MCP servers, empowering the Moveworks AI Assistant to access richer, real-time contextual data and capabilities.Problem Solved:Moveworks currently integrates with many enterprise systems, but adding new or niche tools and cutting-edge AI services often requires custom connectors or complex development efforts. This limits the speed and breadth of automation, constraining the AI Assistant’s ability to deliver deeply contextualized, accurate responses and actions across evolving enterprise environments.Proposed Solution:Implement an MCP-based integration framework and marketplace modeled after Tempo’s MCP App Store, where pre-built MCP servers for popular enterprise tools and AI services can be installed with minimal configuration. By standardizing on MCP, Moveworks can reduce integration complexity, enable bidirectional, real-time data exchange, and allow AI agents to dynamically discover and interact with connected systems. This would facilitate rapid expansion of Moveworks’ automation ecosystem and enable more sophisticated, data-driven workflows.Benefit: Accelerates integration of new enterprise applications and AI models without extensive custom development. Enhances the Moveworks AI Assistant’s contextual understanding by providing secure, real-time access to diverse data sources. Enables dynamic, scalable AI workflows that adapt quickly to changing business needs. Future-proofs Moveworks’ platform by aligning with an open, industry-backed standard (MCP) supported by leading AI and development communities. Improves employee experience and operational efficiency by expanding automation scope and precision.
It would be great if the distro skill could allow a user to say, “who are all the users in this distro?” and “Who owns xyz distro?”It would save me time going into outlook and expanding the distro to see who all is in it.
Current Process for Modifying Connectors:At present, modifying a connector requires creating a path with the API you wish to delete and emailing that path URL for manual deletion (refer to FAQ: How do I delete a connector? | Community).Proposed Solution:Introducing a dedicated section for viewing, editing, and deleting API connections would be highly beneficial. This feature would allow users to manage API connections from a central location, ensuring that any incorrectly entered APIs can be easily corrected, necessary changes can be made efficiently, and API data can be reviewed as needed.
We’re exploring whether our slack bot powered by Moveworks can show a notice before it posts any suggested documentation or solution in the IT helpdesk channel. Our ideal flow is:User asks a question. Bot immediately sends a brief notice (we’d supply the copy and any links). The notice includes a button or emoji‑reaction prompt. Only when the employee clicks/reacts does the bot continue its usual response flow.Nice to haves:A simple toggle to enable/disable the gate. The ability for us to edit the notice copy without code changes.Reason: We plan to use this during service alerts or outage scenarios. When users report the same issue as everyone else, we turn on the gate and let them know we’re already addressing the outage. If their issue matches the outage, they can wait until it’s fixed; otherwise, they can click the button to proceed with the usual support process.
Developers can write compound actions (required for Ambient AI agents) without learning our pro-code YAML-based syntax.
It would be great if there was the ability for MW to leverage the Service Now user language to start the Bot off in. This would attract more users to adopt Bot usage.
Problem Statement -It is a challenging job to simulate the issues faced by any user. To review any notification received by an individualProduct Idea - Simulate user profile in order to check what is issue is being faced by user + to review notificationthis will provide a better testing tool considering different user profile scenario with their respective roles / persona.
