Hi Team:

It’s great to see a dedicated page for “Product Updates” for us to track the roadmap items and it’s progress.

We recently encountered a production issue where the bot is unexpectedly closing tickets when users click on the thumbs up/down feedback links. After reporting the issue, we were informed that this is a known product bug that other customers have also reported. However, we were never proactively notified about it.

This isn’t an isolated case. We’ve consistently observed a lack of transparency regarding known issues. MW tends to communicate about bugs only after we raise them, rather than proactively informing us. Additionally, we do not receive clear details such as:

  • Which features are affected
  • How the issue can be replicated
  • Whether any workaround is available
  • ETA for the bug fix

This reactive approach has made issue resolution inefficient and time-consuming.

While we appreciate the product roadmap updates you share, we strongly recommend setting up a centralized page or dashboard where customers can view:

  • All current known bugs
  • Impacted features
  • Workarounds (if applicable)
  • Expected resolution timelines

This would significantly reduce the time spent raising support tickets and following up with CSMs, and would greatly improve trust and collaboration.

Hey @priya.kornalius thanks for this piece of feedback and the specific example to illustrate. This is something we’ll discuss internally.

I am aligned that having this type of asset would reduce a lot of time our customers spend on support.
