Improve tab experience in Agent Studio

Having multiple tabs open in Agent studio does not work as expected. Can we improve the following situations:

1. Going to the Home tab should remember which page I was last on, not always opening up plugins. For example if I am looking through multiple actions, I would do the following:
   1. Click on the Actions arrow then HTTP Actions
   2. Click on a action
   3. Go back to Home
   4. Then I am back at Plugins again so I have to click on the Actions arrow and then HTTP Actions again
2. Switching between actions should not clear out changes or run history
   1. If I test a action and then go to another action in another tab, when I go back the console is then empty again so I have to test the action again to see the result
