Improve implicit confirmation messages in Creator Studio4. Future Consideration

I am looking for improvements to the automated confirmation messages from the bot for Paths use cases. We have noticed some of the responses do not match the user’s input which could generate confusion, or are otherwise not helpful. One example is a Yes/No question written as “Are you a member of the Sales, Legal, or Procurement team?” and the bot would always respond with “I understand, you are a member of the Sales, Legal, or Procurement team” regardless of whether the user actually selected yes or no. We also have a few Approvals use cases that are Event-triggered-Paths, and the generated confirmation responses are imperfect. The bot question is written as “Please select one of the following options” with Approve/Reject buttons, and after clicking a button, the generated confirmation is “I understand, you want me to select one of the following options” which is not helpful for the user.  Our CS team has helped us update these confirmation messages and has also directed us to make sure the Action Description for the API endpoint is populated. The automated messages are still imperfect though so looking to understand what improvements can be made in this area, or if it would be possible to configure them manually as part of the overall Path development. This is related to the NLP language issue topic posted earlier in the product forum.
