I am looking for improvements to the automated confirmation messages from the bot for Paths use cases. We have noticed some of the responses do not match the user’s input which could generate confusion, or are otherwise not helpful. One example is a Yes/No question written as “Are you a member of the Sales, Legal, or Procurement team?” and the bot would always respond with “I understand, you are a member of the Sales, Legal, or Procurement team” regardless of whether the user actually selected yes or no. We also have a few Approvals use cases that are Event-triggered-Paths, and the generated confirmation responses are imperfect. The bot question is written as “Please select one of the following options” with Approve/Reject buttons, and after clicking a button, the generated confirmation is “I understand, you want me to select one of the following options” which is not helpful for the user. Our CS team has helped us update these confirmation messages and has also directed us to make sure the Action Description for the API endpoint is populated. The automated messages are still imperfect though so looking to understand what improvements can be made in this area, or if it would be possible to configure them manually as part of the overall Path development. This is related to the NLP language issue topic posted earlier in the product forum.
I have a few questions about and suggestions to improve Control Center. LayoutI’ve made this suggestion to our CSM and I think it’s being worked on, but the overall UI of Control Center needs some work. I had suggested moving things in the left pane (Campaigns, Admin, etc and also those that are somewhat “hidden” like Support and Academy) and making “tiles” (like we see for Analytics) in the pane on the right. In fact, it looked like they had implemented this a couple of weeks ago, but now the UI has reverted back. So maybe this is in process and I was seeing the results of a test gone live? Fingers crossed that this was an inadvertent sneak peak and that a UI change is coming soon! ControlI would like to “control” more in Control Center. KnowledgeI can see KB Articles and whether they are enabled/disabled, but I should have the ability to change that status without contacting Moveworks Support. User RolesVery limited to our controls here. When I get requests for roles, I have to divy up the work between ourselves and Moveworks. Would be great if Org Admins had the capability to grant access to Campaigns and Analytics. Thanks for listening!JB
I would like this as a feature to allow add creator studio use cases in the Cards.
The Microsoft team started supporting the Video play option within Teams. What is the Moveworks Plan to enable the option to add video with the Campaigns, It will be a huge advantage. Please see he attached screenshot.
As the system is integrated with AD, why are we not looking to implement and Enable the End-to-end automated functionality to Add or remove users from the Security Group? It's supported using Excel, which is too manual.
Hi!My organization is in the healthcare field. In reviewing our analytics data, I’m seeing a lot of utterances like “who is Dr. ___” and the result is always not served. I try replicating some of the utterances and I get “I’m sorry, but I couldn’t find any information” responses. Each test search is for employees who I know exist; I’ve tried searching both common names and names I can see only belong to a single employee. I’ve tested this with the current copilot and the next gen copilot with the same result. I’ve tried different prefixes too (i.e. Dr, Ms, Mr, Mrs, Miss, Sir, etc.) all with the same result.Based on analytics data, I know that my organization would benefit from an enhancement to people search. Perhaps something along the lines of - if the first name in the query is a name prefix, perform search based on the last name.I think it would be incredibly beneficial to my organization, other healthcare organizations, and presumably any organization that may refer to employees by a prefix. Thanks!
When rolling out a new skill that we built in Creator Studio, we first test with a small group of people. This is easy when limiting access to a list of email addresses. Then we usually roll it out to a department that might be several hundred people and here is where it gets more difficultYou have to use the, “Launch to the users matching the rule” and then put your users in a list like this: user.primary_email_address IN ["xx@xx.com","xx@xx.com”] Cool feature to have for adding 300 addresses at once, but did you know that the email addresses are case sensitive? There is no reason to look at a list of email addresses where upper and lower case would be an issue. It is an annoying extra step to have to convert to lowercase every single time. Please fix this.
The request is for an enhancement to the greeting message functionality, which currently supports a maximum of three buttons linked exclusively to native skills. The proposed feature aims to allow the integration of buttons that can activate custom skills created through Creator Studio. This enhancement would significantly improve the visibility and accessibility of newly developed skills for end users, facilitating their discovery and utilization.
I would like the lookup skill to be improved to also query other attributes such as department. For example: “Who is in the Tax Department that works in the London office”. Currently the bot can’t do this.
Your current platform supports Concur and AribaWe use the Oracle EBS system as the core platform to submit business expenses. Our customers generally file their expenses in Oracle EBS; once submitted, it went for necessary approvals. We have a lot of delay on those approvals, as they went through email. Approvers need to click on the URL - > Login into the platform and then click on Submit. The targeted audience is usually the top executives, senior directors, and managers. We really want to enhance the Customer experience by providing single-lick approvals like we are doing with Workday and ServiceNow.Below are the Use cases we want to build.Status of Iexpense submitted. When pulling in ticket information, we need a way to limit how far back you can pull information from incidents. This is important because processes change frequently and old information is not useful.
We have a lot of internal facing knowledge articles for our help desk agents. This knowledge is the most accurate and up to date verses notes in tickets. We would like to leverage this knowledge to write articles but not serve the internal knowledge in our chatbot.
