Approval Notifications Nofity approver and notify approvee
Here are the few enhancements which I need.
- The Approvee will get notified when the request get approved
- For Approver , as we have are using various channel to notify customer about pending request (Email + Navi notifications). Can we built some mechanism when a person approved the request using Email. Navi should wipe out or destroy the approval notification or update customer that you approved via email.
- Approvers getting confused with notifications and status updates on those if already approved.
I am open for your thoughts as well , please advise
