Analytics improvements for paths

It would help to have the ability to drill into paths details to be able to understand what the user said that triggered a path. Having the ability to understand what is triggering successful paths vs. incomplete would allow triggering updates to improve performance. Without that detail it is a challenge to refine triggers with meaningful information.

We are seeing a large number of incomplete paths due to unexpected triggering results on the paths we’ve deployed and we need a way to improve results.

@thomas.lorentson, in the new Copilot Insights dashboard, we show the user utterances that triggered a specific CREST use case, the status of the path, and the bot’s response.
