For users that are on the go or in the field that leverage ServiceNow mobile app for filing issues, is it possible to embed Moveworks Web Bot on to the app?

This isn’t possible as far as I’m aware.
The web page / app needs to be able to host custom HTML code to render the we bot: https://help.moveworks.com/docs/moveworks-for-web-installation-okta-oidc#prepare-code-snippet
The desktop version of the ServiceNow portal is configurable but I don’t know how we can edit the ServiceNow mobile app. If someone knows how to edit this then it could be something to reconsider.
On some devices and setups, you will be able to render the desktop version of the ServiceNow portal on your mobile device’s web browser (Chrome, Safari) and the bot will render. Please be aware that this usage is not formally supported, however.
