Ingest the Labels from Confluence Pages to enhance search effectiveness

Tools and processes have multiple ways that are referenced by individuals. As a knowledge writer we want to draft an article in the most appropriate manner and also account for the variations in terminology used across the enterprise. Labels allows us to accomplish this through the native Jira Service Management and Confluence search capabilities. We would like for the Moveworks bot to have parity.

Yes, I am suggesting Moveworks leverage Labels and treat them as keywords to boost Search relevancy. The labels are associated to the specific Confluence page. An example would be searching for information on an application that is known by many different names. We add those names as Labels.
