Creator Studio Analytics - Export Failures

We have a query where users can ask “who is the app owner of xxxx”

Love the analytics because we can see how many times it was successful and how many times it failed.

For the failure would love to export to a file so we can understand what the user asked.  Results could be

1. user asked for an app that’s not in our table - result add it
2. User called the app something similar but our table doesn’t represent it that way - result go to moveworks google doc to provide variations of the app name

I’ve seen in exports provided by Moveworks that the “who is...” feature is showing as failures and skewing our data for this query and use case
