We need to calcuate Bot % effectiveness manually.

looking for bot % usage

number of bot interactions/ total interactions (Bot + phone + portal) = Bot Usage Rate %

Dashboard: how can we get this calculation (%) in the tool?

I always need to calcuate Bot % effectivness manually.

Ex:

Bot usage

No of active bot users / Total users having bot : 5677 / 8700 = 65%

Bot effectiveness compared with all other platforms

Navi interaction = 9384

Total SMART Incidents = 9767

Phone interaction = 2519

9384/19410 = 48%
