Path editing limitation

Currently if a path needs to be modified to adjust something like the order of a question or choices available there is no way to make those adjustments without redoing everything after the update in the path.  Is there any plan to allow for paths to be updated while maintaining the existing information? 

This will likely need to include some way to ensure the path still flows correctly when choices are updated but just the ability to add a question that has no impact on the flow of the path would save time when updates are required.
