I was told this is a great fit for a product idea.Is there a potential to refine the performance of the Forms Integration - ServiceNow, similar to the optimization we performed on the Triage skill model to enhance its coverage and precision (monthly retraining)? Currently, our bot ingests the form Title, Short Description, and Description. Is there any proportional weighting assigned to each section that we could possibly modify if needed? Sometimes the Title of our forms are not intuitive to what the user are asking, but the Short Description, or sometimes better yet the Description is. It would be nice to be able to adjust the weighting on some forms that the Title does not match the utterance. For example: Intune access is a form used for access to company email on a mobile device. Users will ask “How do I get access to my company email on my cell phone?”, the form does not come up because the Title is Intune, but in the Short Description and Description it list that it’s for access to company email on a mobile device. Additionally, is there a way to manipulate our bot’s confidence level concerning forms? We've noticed a significant number of our forms are not being effectively presented to our users based on their utterances, necessitating adjustments to the form wording by Moveworks to improve user presentation.
When the copilot responds and you can select thumbs up/down, recommend making this a bit simpler to submit. There is a pop-up window for optional feedback and then click submit. Recommend removing pop up, less clicks. Also, would recommend a short explanation text encouraging members to select the thumbs up/down.
HI, Requirement: Query in MoveWorks to show the details of application where I am the application owner and to launch this query for only those user who are owning any application. the application details are stored in ServiceNow. Problem statement : Customization of ServiceNow OOTB sys_user table. suggested by MoveWorks , case - 00001613 Reason: Not feasible as sys_user table can’t be modified for different moveworks use case as these data is already available in ServiceNow. Suggestion: MoveWorks to add field within mw user profile, while moveworks ingest data from ServiceNow it should consider the other table and populate the needed data within moveworks profile. Moworks platform can have an additional table which can be referred what to ingest Regards,Rajeev
In the Queries flow, the API Labelling section is right now showing the data from API as it is, but there could be situations where we have to conditionally show more information based on the values coming from API. In such cases, adding markup’s and rules so that we can add colors or emojis to make it more user engaging could help us better. We have an option to add text response in Path’s flow where we can add markup in the text. Similarly if we have markup and rules to operate on API field values, it would make it more user friendly. For example:Current field: Battery Health(%): battery_health_percentageExpected field: Battery Health(%): (valueOf(battery_health_percentage)<20? <b>valueOf(battery_health_percentage) + “❌” </b>: valueOf(battery_health_percentage))Current Answer: Battery Health(%): 20Expected Answer: Battery Health(%): 20❌
Hi, I see the great potential with MoveWorks path, at the same time what path is missing is debugging and monitoring mechanism within. Upon a trigger of a path, a live instance of that path would give a great help to understand how it is being executed with real-time data. so a path with following feature will be helpful. A unique instance name (path001_<usecase_name>_<triggered_by_username>) each activity with their respective real-time input and output color code of activity, green → executed successfully, red → failed with error (output). yellow → currently executed Regards,Rajeev
Having the ability handle simple approvals using known relationships (manager) within Paths would increase the amount of use cases that we would be able to handle directly between our bot and other internal tools. Many requests that can be automated will still require a manager approval and in the current state would require those to be handled in an iPaaS solution. An approval option similar to what is in place for distribution list automation would allow us to connect directly with more internal tools from the bot and decrease the resources required to build new solutions.
When a process takes a long time to run, not only may it cause a time out, but it is irritating for the user who has to wait.In order to alleviate this, it is nice to return a message to the user saying something like:Your job is in progress. This can take a few minutes.Don't wait around. We'll pop up a message to let you know when it has been completedOptionally, you might not need to return a message at all. Then, later, you can use an Event use case to return a resultHere is an example of such a use case:The message is possible in a Query Use Case, but it is not possible in the Path Use Case.Could we make it so the Path Use Case works in the same way and have the added option (to both use cases) of not having a response at all.Thanks.P.S. This is in follow up to the following Community post:Path call to API not processing return value. | Community (moveworks.com)
HI Team,We need a provision to see MW4Web in mobile friendly manner. We have hosted MW4Web in IT Direct and many SharePoint pages. But today this is not mobile friendly. Can we make MW4Web works best in mobile as well?
Moveworks is one of or most popular AI efforts, but it’s certainly not the only one. As an end user, I’d like to send a file to the Moveworks Chatbotso that other AI systems can act on that file and return a response.Examples:1. Send a video for transcriptionUse internal language translations (customized to translate immunology concepts) Review the proposed document against corporate standards (the other AI system would be doing RAG against guidelines) “Does this software rollout plan align with IT policies?” Ultimately there’s a lot we could do with this. We’d like to see this exposed to creator studio paths
Instead of having to use a publicly exposed endpoint for an integration with Creator Studio it would be ideal to connect with Moveworks using something like AWS VPC Peering.
We have noticed that citations are offered for users even when the knowledge source is a FAQ. Since the user cannot click on a FAQ citation, could it be possible to not put any citation when the source is FAQ? It would reduce user confusion. We have had users complain they cannot click on a citation.
Our organisation has enabled Triage for updating business service for all groups. We are unable to track the triage coverage and precision data from our dashboard. This could be a great identifier for presenting triaging data to our leadership team. This data helps us assess the performance of bot triaging tasks, pinpoint areas where the bot excels, and identify areas needing adjustments or additional training. This leads to overall process improvements.
While the individual com reports for each campaign are great, its come up recently to report on a quarterly basis and domain basis our impact that employee coms are having. For example, it would be great to be able to look at the coms sent all of Q1 to see the number and what the avg engagement % was for the coms. It would be helpful to then be able to filter that further by using domain tags when setting up the communications so we can see engagement for only HR, IT, Finance, ect if those coms we tagged.
Instead of requiring a redirect to ServiceNow to complete a form, allow user to complete form directly in Omni.
I have a couple of thoughts.Firstly it would be good to have a library of standard comms templates based upon the categories that can be chosen when starting a new comms campaign. Not necessarily available within the Comms product, but as a library within communities where Moveworks customers can upload their comms as templates for others to adapt and use themselvesGeneral announcement IT policy & updates Security policy & updates Software migration License management Scheduled maintenance Report an outage SurveySecondly - has any consideration been given to leveraging the CoPilot bot to assist in writing the Employee Comms, for example as step through the Comms process, as I select the type of Comms at the first stage (Select Campaign settings), the bot asks me for some details regarding what the comms is about and it generates an initial suggestion which can be edited on the “Create Campaign Message” stage of the process.Just a couple of thoughts to make our lives easier :-)
We currently use MadCap IXIA CCMS: DITA Technical Writing Software | MadCap Software for some knowledge articles or one of our products and would like to leverage Moveworks to source this for answers when users are doing a search via the Bot.
