Article to update upon suggestion from Moveworks

Upon opening the suggested KB, it doesn’t show which one is AI generated by analyzing the data from tickets from past month As when it states that updates needed for article, it doesn’t compare the already created KB and move-works AI found new data from tickets. The suggestions at times are the same which are available in the already created KB article The suggested changes by AI are not highlighted which will make easier to understand the difference The number of “articles to update” or “view sources” is not visible upon opening the suggested KB. The icon provided for feedback can be changed as it states error state, and it is used to take feedback. At times is has used sources which are only some smaller notes like where user have added comments “contact user via teams and issue has been resolved” refer image below
