Service Now KB draft and publish mode

Right now Service Now KBs in published state are being ingested and presented to users.

As a company we are always working towards updating the KB by checking out and draft mode to prepare for future edits and collaborate.

❌ The challenge we face is once put in draft mode the KB in the next ingest is NOT retrievable and users are not getting answers

We are sometimes publishing new features and updates days in advance and then users are presented with wrong information as the update is not live. yet.

What can moveworks do to help present the latest version where it’s not in draft mode?
