Get Help Text/Link Resize

Resizing the “Get Help” text: While there is an idea submitted for using thumbs-up and thumbs-down emojis, I believe that making the “Get Help” text slightly larger will also be effective.

Additionally, rewording the text to “Explore More Options” or “Further Help.” Since the main purpose of the bot is to provide assistance, it seems our users are a bit more hesitant to find additional help or request further support if/when the bot is unable to answer their question or meet their request.
