I would like to use the Analytics page to locate missing data. The current page does not let me do this. I require the ability to sort by:

Topic

Date

Alphabetically

Author

User Comments

Resolution

Ticket number

Number of inquiries vs number of tickets and number resolved by the bot

Rating (positive, negative, none)
