Mia could not bring user to specific Q&A/right section in the Sharepoint when user clicks on the header hyperlink for full details. Currently Mia can only bring user to the right Sharepoint page. We need it to pinpoint to exact section in the page.
Having the ability to enable additional resources to build on creator studio without the ability to view/impact paths created by others and reuse existing connectors without the ability to create new connectors.Having this capability at least in our sub-production environment would improve the ability to scale. The ability to promote paths up to production would also be a great addition.
Use preferred name (nick name) from ServiceNow when Bot addresses users. We recently had a user ask if our Bot could address them by their nick name as they go by that instead of their given name when they receive the campaign messages. The user William (Bill) XXXXX goes by Bill and would like the Bot to address him that way.In ServiceNow we have First name, Last name, and Nick Name as our attributes, wondering if we could use these for all interactions with the Bot campaigns, concierge, CSAT, or any time the Bot communicates and addresses the user. Many individuals opt to use their preferred name (nickname), instead of their given name due to personal preference. The bot using their preferred (nickname) when addressing users could potentially enhance adoption of our Bot.
Set on a per project basisLet us check an option to summarize the ticket title from Customer threads in SlackSo they end up being short understandable titles rather than a paragraph the customer wrote originally
With the ability to now publish recurring campaigns, it would be great to have logic built into Employee Comms that allows the bot specific CSAT message to be edited and managed via this tool. Idea would be to take existing logic of who receives the CSAT message (only users who have been bot active in the past 8 days and limited to only one CSAT within 180 day period) and make that an “audience” selection for CSAT campaigns. This would open up the ability for customized CSAT messages to be sent out.
Hi there, We’re using Moveworks’ bot with multiple domains (IT and HR). However, in channel resolver, it appears that the short message that appears at the bottom of helpful articles (“Try DM'ing @BOTNAME for other IT issues!) is limited to only one domain.I worked with our CSM to get it updated to “IT and HR”, however this then impacted the wording for when creating an IT ticket (which was the original/first domain we had set up with Moveworks). It would be great if either, this wording could be untied from the Ticket wording for one of the domains so we could update it to “HR or IT”. Or, the preferred solution would be that the message at the bottom of these helpful articles could be unique for each domain.Thanks,Nik--- Original wording at bottom of helpful articles that are commented back in thread of the message in the channel Once updated to “IT & HR” it impacted IT ticket creation too.

It would be helpful to receive a notification when the rate limit reaches a certain threshold so that we can take action before the rate limit is exceeded, or monitor use cases consuming lots of calls. Additionally the ability to report on API messaging that failed due to rate limit would be useful.

Hi Team,Is there a way currently where we can pass either user-passing attributes or implicitly take any user-custom attributes?Ex: Trying to build a network status in CREST Queries.1. If the user says "show network status for NC01" then it will take NC01 (the user can pass the location) as input and pass it to the API. (this works now by taking a slot and passing as query parameter).2. If the user says "show my network status" then it should automatically take user location input from ServiceNow.Can we build a single use case where it can accept either option 1 or option 2 based on the user's utterance? Or any possible options?Ref - Honeywell Zendesk ticket - #24178
Hi Moveworks team,It would be really helpful to be able to change the text that is sent for the Password Reset notification. For example, when user received the bot notification about their password expiring they may view it on their phone and then try to reset the password on their phone, which fails. We would like to be able to update the text advising they must be on the office network and using a company laptop to reset their password
Moveworks bot can pull in terms from Atlassian Confluence Terms
We have noticed that when translating our FAQ section, some of our company-specific terms and jargon are getting lost in translation. It's important to us that these terms remain consistent, even when the surrounding text is translated into the user's preferred language. For instance, our "Ways We Translate" document, which a colleague may reference while using AVA, was translated into German as "Wege zur Übersetzung" (or something similar), which back-translates to "paths to the translation". While not entirely wrong, it doesn't accurately match how we describe internally. From a user experience perspective, we think this may be a helpful improvement.
How can we configure a more miniature version of Bot? We are using the web version of the Bot in a few portals, and as feedback from our customers, they mention, "The text size is Too big" and also covers a lot of page space.
Original PostCan a “Show me my approvals” button be created that will list all pending approvals for the last 180 days? (as opposed to the last 30 days when typing “Show me my approvals”) Summary from ModeratorWhen building an approval reminders use case for native approvals built into the product, we want to be able to trigger the Enterprise Approvals Approval Queue experience from an Event-Triggered Path. How do we do this?
