Answers from Other Countries

We have knowledge coming in with policies for different countries.  We’re using the recommended templates from moveworks and the original source does highlight which country.

When receiving an answer in copilot there is NO obvious indicator in slack what country it’s referencing unless the user clicks on the citation, then clicks on the link to view the knowledge.

Users may not look at the citation and may act on that information which is wrong

Put some visual indicators in the slack summarization so it’s clear and obvious
