Generate implicit messages more accurately

Is there an update on this? 

Preview date says March 2024 and that just a preview?

@hundleymf we’re on-track for Preview on March 22nd 2024.

Preview = global release for all Creator Studio customers.

I tested today my paths and I am still seeing the issue where my bot is not generating the implicit messages accurately. The preview update was for Friday March 22nd, is there an update for this?

Yes @hundleymf the improvements are now in place. You will need to resave your Path for the improved implicit messages to get re-generated!

We’re doing a final round of testing & will socialize testing instructions & details more broadly this week. Overall you’ll see the implicit messages are now:

• concise
• account for multiple choice questions (acknowledge selected options) &
• don’t make up inputs the user never provided

Please resave & let us know.

Hi everyone,

we resaved the path and this is the response we are getting

When we selected “No” it is still saying “Please save all important files and documents” which it shouldn’t.

@jasleen.w check your Path again, even after saving mine, it appeared that it removed some of my Bot responses or questions in my Path and I had to add them back in. Not sure why it did that, minor inconvenience, but after adding those couple back in it worked.

@jasleen.w in your example although the implicit message acknowledges “Got it, you have chosen to not proceed with the fix” the help text is also getting carried over to the implicit message. We’re looking into this & will get back to you.

@hundleymf please let us know if you continue to encounter this -- the free-text responses & questions should not get removed when resaving.
