More control over Channel Resolver
Channel resolver is an interesting feature, my team does not do a slack channel for IT Support, but we were considering putting the bot into slack channels that get made each week for new hires for their first month. However, these channels are not only for people who need help, and we found the bot to be quite noisy if it thinks someone needs help (For example in our test someone said “LMAO”, and the bot responded as if the person needed help). I would love to see an option where we could choose to engage our bot in the slack channel by @-mentioning that bot in the channel. So I would go to that channel and say “@botname what is the password for the wifi” and an even greater added feature would allow for someone to go into that comment’s thread and @-mention the bot after the question has been asked and our bot would know to go read the original comment and respond to that user directly.
