Community Points System

How do you earn community points? I am guessing it is all based on interactions, but is there a list of what action provides how many points? I.e. a like = 1 point, a post = 10 points?

Hello, Please help me here to understand how delegate functionality can be expanded through HOW-L? Into service now?Example:-If I type “Setup a delegate for xyz user to abc user” for a specified date. HOW-L should automatically identify and automatically set delegate for xyz user into service now. How it can be achieved?? Thanks!
