How to find and send direct messages in your community
Communities are powerful spaces for sharing ideas, asking questions, and learning from a wide range of voices. But sometimes, the most valuable conversations happen one-on-one. Whether you're following up on a great comment or just want to connect more directly, sending a DM is a great way to take the conversation further. Here’s how to find and send direct messages in the community. 👇
- Find your messages by clicking on your profile icon at the top right hand corner of the screen. Then find “private messages”. Here you will be able to see all of your private messages. Or simply click HERE.
- Want to start a new private message? Find the profile of the person you are wanting to connect with, follow them, and then hit “send message”. Be sure to keep it appropriate and positive!
