• A clear title that summarizes the value
• A detailed description of the need and current pain
• A user story to help us understand your perspective

Here’s a helpful format to follow:

• 📝 “As a [persona], I [want to], [so that].”

Example:

Title: As a Moveworks admin, I want to self-serve new knowledge and file search connections so that my users can easily find new content.

Description: Right now, I coordinate with 4 internal teams to manage Moveworks search connections. If I had a self-service option, I could move faster and reduce overhead.

Do’s:

• Use the user story format
• Be specific and include context
• Upvote and comment on ideas you love

Don’ts:

• Don’t include PII or sensitive information
• Don’t skip the “why” behind the idea
