Dynamic Distribution Lists

The Access Group native skill supports creating new distribution lists. After the caller confirms the name and email address of the new group, the bot will let the user know the group will have the default settings and that the user will be set as the owner of the group.
The bot can add multiple people to a group at once, but adding a whole department could potentially lead to timeouts as that transaction will be very timely. There is a certain time threshold that the bot will abide to, before it comes back to the user and says there was an issue when connection to an external system.
For adding a large number of users (thousands) to a DL, I would advise that the user consults with the Active Directly/Okta admin to perform such an action.
