We are launching our bot, Neo, on July 9th to 1,000 employees. Over the next year, we would like to make sure that Neo is repeatedly launched to new hires. I would love to hear how others have introduced Neo in an ongoing manner.

+5Definitely leverage Campaigns > New Hires skill. You can setup a recurring campaign that will go to all new hires after X number of days in the company. We are currently using it to promote our bot, and very soon to advertise resources to all our new employees.
