Introducing Moveworks to New Hires

We are launching our bot, Neo, on July 9th to 1,000 employees. Over the next year, we would like to make sure that Neo is repeatedly launched to new hires. I would love to hear how others have introduced Neo in an ongoing manner.

Definitely leverage Campaigns > New Hires skill. You can setup a recurring campaign that will go to all new hires after X number of days in the company. We are currently using it to promote our bot, and very soon to advertise resources to all our new employees.
