The goal is to check what are all unused credential and connectors from both instance (dev and prod) which is not being used anywhere in query, path and event. this is required as part of clean-up activity. most of the corrector are created by Moveworks as part of initial setup. we have already opened supported case : 00001648 which is closed with remarks - Limitation within current solution.
Hi Team,Today bot is fetching the approvals which are created in last 30 days. I understand the technical details (load, impact, performance,...) behind why we limited to 30 days. But unfortunately this doesn’t work for all kind of approvals. We are using native Exception Approval where bot send proactive approval notification to the approvers. In this approval, depends on the impact of the exception request, it needs to be approved by one or more approvers ranging from business CIO, tower leaders, VP, CTO till CIPSO. We cant expect all the different approvals happening with in the month. When approver asking for “show my approval”, bot is not fetching this approval because of the time limit aforesaid. Comparatively RITM or Change approval from SNOW, the total no of request is less for Exception Approval. At least minimum we need an option to configure the approval timeout for exception approval (from 30 days to 60/90 days). Enterprise Approval time limitWith this configuration, we believe bot engagement and approval via bot will be definitely more than what we have today.
Context :Our Knowledge Management team keep getting continuous requests from our Service lines about which knowledge articles were Used or were Helpful in providing response to User's queries in Una Bot. So that the Service lines can further look into the articles which are less frequently used to either retire them and/or Create new articles to address User's frequent queries. To service the article Usage requests from Service lines we require the following information to come from MWs Insights data.1) Articles matching User’s query in Una bot and used in giving summarized response (See Screenshot # 1)2) From the summarized response the article(s) actually viewed by the Users (See Screenshot # 2) Screenshot # 1 : Screenshot # 2:
Context : To Track Article Level User feedback in Una Bot the following data is required from NGCP1) Thumbs Up for articles2) Thumbs Down for articles3) User Comments for articles"
My company is going through a limited test of copilot, and as a member of the knowledge team, I’ve been testing it. It was recommended that I post my feedback for the product team.Overall, I think that it is a powerful tool, but I am concerned about how employees who are not tech savvy (we’re a manufacturing company) will interact with the bot and find the additional knowledge they need if it is not served by the bot. IIn the screenshot at the bottom of the page, I have a few comments, but here’s a summary:Non-tech savvy employees may have some confusing about how to use the references/ citations to get to the source article. The citation numbers are hard to read, making it difficult to know which source article to examine further. I worry this will become a barrier to employees receiving more specific information that they might need. There is one pop-up and two clicks between the answer and the source of the information, which will be a barrier for employees reading the source information. This is particularly concerning HR and policy knowledge. With policies, the exact wording does matter, and a summary may lead employees to the incorrect answers or conclusions. See this image of a answer that provided some language that would help with this issue. It would be great if this message could appear whenever a query contains the word policy/ policies. In general, there needs to be less friction between the bot's response and the source material.
Moveworks should support the ingestion of the HR Profile in ServiceNow HRSD, as it is crucial for determining user access to HR content, and ticket management within the Moveworks bot. Without this ingestion, implementing access management becomes challenging, especially in enterprises with employees and contractors, where contractors are usually restricted from most HR content and services.
Change the Knowledge /Answer relevancy for HR domain. As we integrated with the HR (Freshdesk) knowledge integration. We find that Navi is Prioritizing the freshdesk KBA at last. We want to change the relevancy when serving answers from HR Domain.1. Freshdesk Knowledge2. Sharepoint knowledge3. FAQ etc. Your thoughts and suggestions on this.
Currently access restriction is possible at the country level. We have use cases where we need to restrict information based on specific sites in a country for example - UK has several sites like 100VE, PSL, Kingston etc. There are some processes that differ based on the site. Could you add a feature to support this?
Problem statement: You are running a campaign that has n different messages but all related to the same campaign. E.g. Product launch (waves of users), Training (different reminders, different audience, same training). Proposal: To generate a main campaign, select if this is a multi-message campaign, if so, you only need to enable a “parent” for those child campaigns. So, when you are managing the campaign, you actually see the results of the parent campaign, and not those marked as child. If you click over a parent, you just refresh the page with those with the same parent campaign. So, your current portal could be kind the same. Allowing this to be like this will help keep the campaigns clean and meaningful.
Enhancement request to make it easy to determine the following for Form Plugin:The number of times a specific form was provided and completed by an end user Currently there is a gap in being able to do this in Copilot insights.
Currently in Copilot insights, we can filter on “KB ID” - this makes it difficult to understand the performance of a specific KB / Content source. Can we add a filter that shows the KB Title name or File Name?
I would like to use the Analytics page to locate missing data. The current page does not let me do this. I require the ability to sort by:TopicDateAlphabeticallyAuthorUser CommentsResolutionTicket numberNumber of inquiries vs number of tickets and number resolved by the botRating (positive, negative, none)
I would like the ability to find issues not detected in the current Analytics page. I could do it on the old Tableau page, but not this one
I would like to regain the ability to find topics not served by the bot. Having this ability lets me identify and fill knowledge gaps. It does not exist on the current analytics page.
Resizing the “Get Help” text: While there is an idea submitted for using thumbs-up and thumbs-down emojis, I believe that making the “Get Help” text slightly larger will also be effective.Additionally, rewording the text to “Explore More Options” or “Further Help.” Since the main purpose of the bot is to provide assistance, it seems our users are a bit more hesitant to find additional help or request further support if/when the bot is unable to answer their question or meet their request.
Hi team, Right now the integration with Confluence is at the space level. We would like to be able to exclude from ingestion certain pages that are marked with a label. Is this an idea that the team would be interested to work on?
The Analytics currently shows counts of interactions however it would be very helpful to also understand the number of unique conversations as a conversation, as I understand it, could consist of one or more interactions. I am also struggling with how to best understand the “deflection rate” and “resolution rate” the new analytics does not make it clear how often a question is asked and resolved by the bots answer vs asked and not being resolved by the bot results in a ticket creation or some other type of handoff.
I’d like to see in My Moveworks which user is logged in currently to verify that it is actually me logged in and not some other account. A button or Profile area for the logged in user would be nice.
