Feature Request: Likert Scale Feedback System with Optional Comment Field

Description: We would like to propose an enhancement to the current feedback system, which currently only provides a thumbs-up or thumbs-down option followed by the ability to leave comments. We suggest implementing a Likert scale to provide a more granular feedback mechanism. This would allow users to rate their experience on a scale (e.g., 1 to 5), offering better insights into varying levels of satisfaction.

Additionally, we recommend making the comment field optional, allowing users to provide additional feedback only if they choose to.

Key Features:

1. Replace the thumbs-up/thumbs-down system with a Likert scale (e.g., 1 to 5) to capture varying degrees of user satisfaction.
2. Offer an optional comment field, where users can provide feedback if desired.
