MW Chatbot to ingest Internal Article Permissions

Currently, we have only ingested public articles from our enterprise ticketing application for the MW chatbot to access and respond to. MW should also be able to ingest internal articles, allowing the chatbot to respond based on user-specific article permissions.

This would ensure that only authorized users receive responses from internal articles. This approach excludes the file search skill and leverages our enterprise ticketing application as the source for both internal and public articles.
