Currently, bot will allow user to add attachment/paste screenshot when opening a NEW ticket. However, after there is a comment added to the ticket and the user needs to send a response, the bot will only allow to add (text) comments or close ticket, but no more attachment options. There are multiple instances where users may need to reply with additional files or screenshots. Could this be an option for our users in the future?

We realized during our recent pilot that Omni doesn’t always recognize names of colleagues that have special characters. (e.g.: ő, é, ű, á)Name example: 동료이름(한국어Employee anecdote: Omni doesn't recognize colleague names in Korean/Chinese/Spanish/French/ETC if there are special characters
I would like to see the ability to filter by Task Type in BPI+ Analytics.Currently, it shows all of our INCs and RITMs from ServiceNow, but I would typically only expect to see Bot interaction on INCs, as our RITMs are the direct result of an employee filling out a specific catalog item, often times with automation and/or scripted routing built in. Filter on this would allow us to only see INCs, and for us would be a more accurate representation of our Bot’s success. Thanks!
Hello Team ,I got info that currently moveworks is not able to ingest information from SPO Quick link webparts from the support team It will be great to add this as a feature as SPO Quick link is widely used and many service owners provide quick link information which can benefit the end user
It would be helpful to allow approvers to add a comment when the approver denies a software approval request. For some software, the approver is denying a good amount of request, but we want to make sure end users know the reason for the denial.
Hi Team. Currently, while we are showing the API responses, we really cant make any changes to the API result. For example, if the API returns a json response, we have a dedicated page(API Labelling) to capture the fields we wanted to show to the customer in the Queries Usecase. At this point, we are choosing what fields we want to display. But we cant really make any changes to the values of the field. So can we have a feature to apply legends or make any conditional values for these fields which makes more sense for the end user. For eg: If API response returns something like { internet_services: 4%, office_365: 6%, dataCenter_applications:1%, teams_meeting: 1%} Changes Suggested: Feature to add legends or conditional answers to make it more conversational Legends Legends Good Acceptable Possible Issues Avg Loss < 2% 2% - 5% > 5% End User would see something like:Application Name: Avg LossInternet services : AcceptableOffice 365: Possible IssuesData center Applications: GoodTeams Meeting: Good
As we are working on Creator Studio building multiple usecases at a time, we sometimes missout updated changes in the existing usecases by other developers. Not only do we know what is being updated, we also cannot track who has done the update(Updated by feature is missing for Usecases, only Created by is present). If two people has updated the Usecase, even by having “Updated by” feature, its hard to know about the initial person who has done the update. Would like to request the team if we can have Developer logs for Usecases, so that we would know who has made changes to respective usecases and at what time. (Appreciate if we can also have details about what changes they have made in the respective Usecases).Note: Because we have experienced times where we landed into showing modified results during our Demos(since others have updated the usecase, which we cannot trace directly now), it has become problem for us, since we should give access to few other developers, and we cannot track the usecases they might have modified.
Channel resolver is an interesting feature, my team does not do a slack channel for IT Support, but we were considering putting the bot into slack channels that get made each week for new hires for their first month. However, these channels are not only for people who need help, and we found the bot to be quite noisy if it thinks someone needs help (For example in our test someone said “LMAO”, and the bot responded as if the person needed help). I would love to see an option where we could choose to engage our bot in the slack channel by @-mentioning that bot in the channel. So I would go to that channel and say “@botname what is the password for the wifi” and an even greater added feature would allow for someone to go into that comment’s thread and @-mention the bot after the question has been asked and our bot would know to go read the original comment and respond to that user directly.

File search Module (Limiting the ingestion based on criteria) Wouldn't be good to have the functionality to filter the Files Ingestion in File search module. Ex: Exclude the files last updated more than 2 years or Ingested the files last updated 3 months ago. Your thought ??
Is there a possibility to edit the following button to say, "Unlock Windows Account" instead of "Unlock Account"? We feel this move will help clear up confusion to our end users
