Source citations are redirecting to MW page and requires 2 clicks in copilot

Issue

The copilot bot helpfully includes source citations in its responses. However, when these citations are clicked, they lead to an MW page that essentially repeats the bot's response with the citation links. It's only upon clicking these links on the MW page that I'm finally taken to the desired KB article. This process necessitates two clicks and redirects through multiple pages to reach the actual content.

Recommended Approach

Ideally, clicking on a source citation in the bot’s response should take the end-user directly to the corresponding KB article. This would streamline the process, eliminating the need for an additional click and redirect, thus enhancing the user experience.
