Reopened Incidents log comment is misleading

I've noticed that when an incident is reopened through the bot by a requestor, the log records it as "Reopened by Moveworks". This description can be misleading.

Could we consider updating the log to reflect the name of the actual requestor who reopened the incident instead? This change would enhance clarity and ensure accuracy in our incident tracking.

It can be easily addressed by passing user email in the API header as this has been done in other places. Can you please help address this issue ASAP?
