Build better products with our product team.
In Anaytics dashboard can we also get data around BOT response time. Ex: Average response time per user transaction
As we have a Native CSAT functionality, Can we have get same functionality for NPS as well.Because making changes in Native CSAT is not possible.
I believe it would be useful if each citation in Moveworks responses had a thumbs up/thumbs down option for individual feedback. This would provide more accurate feedback for the Moveworks model and help our knowledge team assess potential issues with specific knowledge articles.
As we are bringing on more departments in our bot, we are getting an overwhelming amount of feedback of how cumbersome it is to get to citations. Clicking on the link that opens a popup, scroll down, find the citation, then click on the link. This is time consuming and not intuitive for users. The link for the citation when clicked in the chat, should automatically open the file making it easy for users or should have an expandable option below the chat text showing clickable citation links.
Hi Team,If a user leaves a negative feedback on the CSAT survey, it would be great if the Bot can proactively message a set of admins/managers/product owner with the feedback and who left it, so the select people can quickly gather more information from the user and implement changes to improve the performance. This would save having to review the analytics and dig into the data, it would be quicker and more convenient if the Bots can be proactive in sending this information over
Send the employee Comms engagement report to any Distribution list or Email ID
Add sorting option in employee compaigns like ex: Sort by Name or Sort by engagement numbers
Talk to Copilot instead of typing. something like Alexa
Product Enhancement Request: Slack & Copilot IntegrationWe use Slack and Copilot and would like an enhancement that allows responses from direct messages (DMs) to be shared back to the company-wide channel where the inquiry originated.Specifically, after the AI retrieves an answer, it should analyze the metadata to determine if the information comes from one of the following sources:Public external vendor knowledge Company-wide KAs Company-wide Google Drive filesIf the answer is sourced from one of these categories, the AI should present the user with an option (a button?) to share the response back to the original channel. This feature would help ensure that useful answers don’t get lost in private conversations, preventing questions from appearing resolved (green checkmark) without the broader team seeing the actual response.
The current CSV report on the Forms page just has a count of the optimisation errors but doesn’t include the specific optimisation error on each of the forms. It would be useful for me as a customer and ServiceNow CitDev what errors come up most frequently so I can evaluate what I need to focus on. For example - an extract of the fill-ability issues so I can group them by type of error and their description? e.g. 'Unsupported field type - form field level error: internal_tm_characteristics -Field type rich_text_label is unsupported. I’ve checked with the Moveworks support team and currently they don’t have a way to download all the not fillable form as CSV file which includes optimization error. Currently the only way to seeing the optimisation error is to click into every form on the Moveworks Setup portal and read the optimisation error.
Hi Team,When the bot intercepts an incident, it posts a comment in the notes section with the recommended KB article. However, this comment is not easily readable for the end users. There are a few challenges with the recommendation information:Unclickable KB Links: The links in the notes section are not formatted as clickable URLs. Bot Feedback Links: The feedback links, such as "Yes, close my issue" (https://app.moveworks.ai/?t=YSmcl3a6iASO31UI) and "Not helpful, I still need help" (https://app.moveworks.ai/?t=DUAPlRGgiMNAi2Kw), are also not clickable.Expected BehaviorWe need the comment to be easy to read, with URLs in the ticket notes formatted as clickable links that redirect to the relevant source.Thank you!
Can we pass the message content in the tabular form when we have to bundle all the tasks instead of 1 task per notification.
Currently, approver name is not added under person column. Since the service account is making the action, it is showing the service account as having made the action. The war around applied for this is adding the approving users name in the Comment. I think actual approver name should be in the person column and need to find ways to do this.Has anyone faced this? Is there way to get actual approver name in person column?
When a conference room lookup occurs in two scenarios, the image is dropped. Scenario 1: The user has asked the meeting room location before.Scenario 2: There are two meeting rooms with similar names (e.g. both contain ‘Station’). When the bot asks a confirmation which room it relates to. Request is to force the image to be presented every time without fail. An idea/proposal here is to add a column to the MeetingRooms sheet for ‘ShowEveryTime’ and if the value is Yes, it shows it always. If no (default) it does not.
I’m using my bot to test my creator studio use case. But I’m skewing the insights by how much I am testing it. In the Insights page, it could be useful to exclude particular emails or say the developer group/role so that the knowledge person doesn’t think a topic needs a KB when it is just me testing the same thing over and over.
Expand the ingestable types from vendor Igloo - to include “pages”, “documents”, “videos”. It would be very beneficial to the Leidos customer to ingest other types outside of wiki articles. Our space currently has the following breakdown in Igloo - only wiki articles are being ingested - Archive Status Not Archived Row Labels Count of Object Type Document 58087 Wiki Article 29016 Folder 10471 Blog Article 5875 Page 2376 Forum Topic 2312 Calendar Event 1725 Folder Channel 1718 Wiki Channel 1564 Blog Channel 1257 Space 944 Forum Channel 885 Calendar Channel 863 Task Channel 3 Dashboard 3 Other 1 Microblog Channel 1 People Page 1 Activity Page 1 Grand Total 117103
One of the biggest feedback points we’ve gotten is around button spamming—specifically when filing a ticket. Right now, users can keep hitting the "File Ticket" button over and over, flooding the system with duplicate tickets.Would it be possible to make the button usable only once per action? Maybe disable it after the first click or show a "Processing" message to prevent unnecessary ticket submissions.
We would like to update our Proactive Account Unlock Communication. This message, however, is hardcoded across all customers with the feature enabled.
Overview:Currently, the SAML SSO connection to your platform provides “all or nothing” access for authenticated users. As any administrator here will know, we need to manually configure the granular roles and permissions within your platform for each new access request, which is time-consuming and introduces potential for error. I am requesting the implementation of SAML Role Attribute Mapping to streamline this process. This enhancement would allow roles or permissions to be dynamically assigned based on attributes sent in the SAML assertion from the identity provider (IdP). Proposed Functionality:• Introduce the capability for the platform to recognize a specific SAML attribute (e.g., Role or Group).• Map the values of the attribute to predefined roles or permission sets within the platform.• Dynamically assign appropriate permissions based on the attribute value, eliminating the need for manual configuration. Benefits:1. Improved Efficiency: Reduces the administrative burden by automating the role assignment process.2. Increased Security: Minimizes the risk of misconfigurations or incorrect permission assignments.3. Scalability: Facilitates onboarding of users with diverse permissions, particularly in organizations with large or dynamic teams. Example Workflow:1. The IdP sends a SAML assertion with an attribute such as Role=ProgramManager.2. The platform maps “ProgramManager” to a predefined role or permission set (e.g., access to Moveworks Setup User, Creator Studio Developer, Creator Studio Analytics Viewer, Creator Studio Logs Viewer, Bot Analytics Admin, Bot Analytics Viewer, Knowledge Studio Viewer, Employee Experience Insights (EXI) Viewer, and Employee Communications User).3. The user gains the appropriate access level automatically upon login. This feature would significantly enhance the usability and security of the SSO integration, aligning with industry best practices for SAML-based access control.
