Suppress Bot Pop-up when alert is received in the Web bot

We propose modifying the bot's behavior so that the bot window does not automatically pop up when an alert is received. According to the support team, this issue occurs when the session is new. However, once the user has closed the bot icon, the window should remain closed for any subsequent alert messages.
