Web Bot - Configure Default View & Delay

Could we make a few enhancements to improve user experience? 

1. The bot has a delay, 10 seconds, before the bubble appears. Can this be reduced or eliminated?
2. It's a two-step process to get to our preferred view of the bot. Click Bubble > Click Expand box. Can we have a default setting so that it always just opens to the Expanded box view?
